The Section 8 HCV Program provides housing subsidy for qualified applicants who locate rental units in the private market with participating landlords.
For those Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Eagle, and Moffat counties, applications can be found at the main office. After June 1, 2023, those residents must apply online through the Division of Housing: https://cdola.colorado.gov/housing
