This service does not assist with hotel payments or sub leases. This program runs on a lottery system. The typical offer of assistance is $500 per household. The program closes on Friday, December 23rd, 2022.

  • Are caught up on their rent or mortgage payment through November
  • The individual listed on the lease agreement or mortgage
  • Have your landlord/mortgage company be willing to accept partial payments and a check from Mercy's Gate
