Description: Rent Payment Assistance provides: - Rental assistance for individuals and families - Rental assistance is limited to once per lifetime per client. Individuals living in the same household cannot apply for assistance separately. All applicants must have an eviction notice or 3-day notice to pay or quit. - Catholic Outreach will consider helping with first month's rent for persons who have been homeless. - Guests requesting rental assistance must be reasonably within budget each month, under normal circumstances, suggesting long-term sustainability.
