Services provided: - Primary medical care (e.g., physicals, well child checks, preventative care, wound care, etc.) - Health education - Chronic disease management - Breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings - Women's wellness - Pediatric care - Behavioral Health Services - substance abuse treatment - Referrals are provided for specific services not provided by the clinic
