Provides first month rent and/or security deposits for families experiencing homelessness who have been approved for an apartment. If families are in a current lease, or ending their lease, they wouldn't be eligible. The application opens on the 1st of each month.
Families must be entering into a new lease that is approved and have a minor child in custody and be experiencing homelessness.
Area Served: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson countiesProvides shelter and supportive services to families at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness in the greater Denver Metro area.
